Canva
• Partnering with Sales to build solutions that win • Work alongside our Sales & Success team to craft tailored demos and workflow recommendations that expose Canva’s value across marketing, comms, education, operations and creative teams. • Lead enterprise discovery, unpack complex workflow challenges and map them to compelling, scalable Canva solutions. • Support EMEA Strategic and Enterprise opportunities across UKI, France, Benelux and DACH. • Communicate complex ideas simply • Take global content workflows and make them visual, engaging and easy to understand. • Present solutions through clear, beautiful storytelling, helping customers imagine entirely new ways of working. • Make “design” and “workflow governance” accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level. • Be the go-to EMEA expert for Canva workflows • Advise on how customers can move from legacy tools (Adobe, Google, PowerPoint, Figma) into Canva. • Help customers optimise creative production, brand governance, template systems, multi-team collaboration and AI-enhanced workflows. • Navigate EMEA-specific challenges such as multilingual teams, regional content needs and localisation at scale. • Future-think how EMEA teams learn and scale • Build repeatable training content that can be repurposed across markets. • Create playbooks, FAQs, and solution guides for internal teams and customers. • Partner with our Specialist SCs (Affinity, Flourish, Leonardo) and Technical Pre-Sales teams for deeper technical or product-specific discovery. • Work cross-functionally • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, TAMs, Implementation, Product, Engineering and leadership to ensure a seamless customer journey. • Help Sales shape account strategy and identify new opportunities. • Position Canva as a catalyst for organisational change helping customers reimagine how they create and collaborate.
Job Requirements
- You have experience in pre-sales, consulting, creative workflows or enterprise onboarding.
- You love solving customer problems and designing elegant creative workflows.
- You’ve delivered training or workshops for business audiences virtually or in person.
- You’re passionate about speaking “design language” and helping teams unlock their creativity.
- You have professional presentation skills and feel comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders and in-front of large audiences.
- You’re structured, organised and can manage multiple workstreams at once.
- You’re calm under pressure, collaborative and a great communicator.
- You’re curious, resourceful and love helping colleagues and customers learn.
- You understand brand governance, template systems and creative operations.
- Must have: High proficiency in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma)
- Strong ability to design demos and workflows within Canva
- A proven partner of Sales organisations in driving account strategy
- Position Canva as the strategic creative solution at enterprise scale
- Act as a trusted advisor to both colleagues and customers
- Help Canva achieve its revenue goals through powerful solution storytelling
- Be a visionary and help customers imagine entirely new ways of working
- Fluency in German, to support our DACH customers.
