Role Description We are seeking generally registered General Practitioners to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who can work in a supportive environment with flexible working hours. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills in medicinal cannabis and gain experience within this exciting new area of medicine. The ideal candidates will have experience of the assessment and management of patients with chronic pain and/or mental health conditions. Previous experience of prescribing Medicinal Cannabis is not required – full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills and will work well as part of a team. Responsibilities - Conducting initial patient assessments with the support of our specialist nursing team – face-to-face and/or telehealth consultations - Prescribing of medicinal cannabis products in accordance with best clinical practice and all relevant state and TGA regulations - Undertaking structured patient follow-up consultations and taking responsibility for ongoing patient care - Liaising with other healthcare practitioners as required for the purpose of providing holistic and well-coordinated care - Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records at all times - Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with company policy and good clinical practice Qualifications - Current general registration with AHPRA unrestricted - Experience in the assessment and management of patients with chronic pain and/or mental health conditions - Excellent communication skills - The ability to function well within a team of clinicians - A commitment to providing an excellent standard of patient care - Eligibility to work in Australia Benefits - Medicinal Cannabis Prescribing Training and Registration - Site tour and education programs - Modern systems to support efficiency - Peer network and company support - Above industry rate

Job overview: The Counsel, Intellectual Property will play a critical role in supporting and executing the global intellectual property (IP) strategy for Compass Pathways, working closely with the VP of Intellectual Property, as well as the Senior Manager, IP. This role is essential to identifying, protecting, and defending the company's innovations, particularly concerning our proprietary formulations, novel treatment protocols, and expanding pipeline. You will serve as a collaborative partner to the scientific, legal, and commercial teams, ensuring our IP portfolio aligns with the company's overarching mission to transform mental healthcare.
