Role Description En tant qu'adjoint(e) du pôle étude et connaissance territoriale de la DRIEAT des Hauts de Seine en charge des études des politiques économiques et commerciales, vous apporterez un appui à la cheffe de pôle dans le management du pôle et serez plus particulièrement responsable des productions relatives au développement économique. - Développer et diffuser la connaissance sur ces thématiques en participant notamment aux réseaux dédiés (mission agrément et notes de conjoncture au niveau régional, réseau CDAC au niveau national). - Participer aux réunions des porteurs de projets en amont des dossiers d'agrément et aux études du service. - Instruire et préparer les avis de l'UD sur les demandes d'agrément d'immobilier d'entreprise dans le cadre de la politique régionale d'équilibre habitat/activités. - Produire des notes de conjoncture sur la production de logements et l'équilibre habitat/activités dans le département, et préparer les instances d'animation de la filière économique et de la filière de la promotion dans le département (2 COPIL des promoteurs par an). - Instruire et préparer les avis de l'UD sur les dossiers d'aménagement commercial. - Présenter ces avis en commission départementale d'agrément commercial (CDAC). - Réaliser une veille informationnelle et un suivi des données sur les thématiques économiques et commerciales (mise à jour du tableau de bord notamment). Qualifications - Logiciels bureautiques, logiciels de traitement de données (notamment tableur Excell). - Capacité de traitement et d'interprétation de bases de données et statistiques à des fins de diffusion en interne et en externe. - Compétence en mise en page de documents et en représentation cartographique. Connaissance des logiciels SIG (Qgis) serait bienvenue. - Compétences en urbanisme et en aménagement du territoire. - Connaissance des bases de données statistiques et géographiques et de leur gestion, des notions en urbanisme et des compétences dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques. - Bonne expression écrite et orale. - Capacité à travailler en équipe. - Management. - Autonomie et capacité à formuler des propositions. - Capacité de participation aux réunions. Job overview: The Counsel, Intellectual Property will play a critical role in supporting and executing the global intellectual property (IP) strategy for Compass Pathways, working closely with the VP of Intellectual Property, as well as the Senior Manager, IP.
