The Project Manager will develop project plans, drive project tasks with various team members and stakeholders, track project progress, and escalate project issues. The Project Manager will be expected to follow project management processes and best practices to ensure all tasks, activities, and resources are aligned to meet the overall program and organizational goals. You are the ideal candidate if you have experience managing large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S4 HANA solution. ​What you will do: - Project planning and execution of comprehensive project management plan. - Drive project progress, including task completion, milestone achievement and overall project timeline adherence. - Resource management and allocation, understanding team member workload, potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the lifecycle of the project. - Proactive risk management: identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks with real-time alerts for critical issues. - Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team member - Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals. - Manage multiple difficult and complex projects, tasks and resources through effective organization prioritization, and time management practices to meet stakeholder objectives. - Additional responsibilities include documentation and reporting, internal & external stakeholder communication, change management and budget management. - Ability to travel 25%-50% to other major RTX US sites (Farmington, Richardson, Cedar Rapids, and Charlotte). Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR in absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience. - Experience in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Planview or similar tools. - CORE or equivalent (ie. Six Sigma or Change Management) and project management expertise. - Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology. Role Description Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de la sécurité des appareils à pression. Ce domaine couvre des appareils implantés dans des installations industrielles (Seveso, raffineries, chimie...) mais également des appareils destinés aux PME et aux particuliers (extincteurs, compresseurs, bouteilles de plongée ...). L'objectif est de garantir la conformité des appareils neufs ainsi que celle des appareils en service. Cela passe notamment par la surveillance des fabricants, des exploitants mais aussi par celle des organismes intervenant dans le domaine. - Élaboration et suivi de la réglementation des appareils à pression et des différents guides associés. - Coordination de l'action des DREAL en matière de contrôle dans ce domaine. - Suivi de la surveillance du marché dans le domaine des appareils à pression. - Suivi des 2 SI associés LUNE et OISO. Concernant ce dernier point, une réécriture de l'outil OISO est prévue durant les 2 prochaines années. Role Description Vos missions en tant que chargé-e de projet ANRU, stratégie et rénovation urbaine : - Vous assisterez les décideurs locaux pour favoriser l'émergence de projets d'aménagement durable, tant dans les extensions urbaines que les réhabilitations de l'existant en veillant notamment à assurer la mixité sociale et la répartition des différentes fonctions sur les territoires concernés. - Vous serez référent-e de la DDT 70 pour les programmes portés par l'Agence nationale pour la rénovation urbaine (ANRU) avec notamment le suivi et l'accompagnement du programme de rénovation urbaine du quartier Montmarin-Rêpes de Vesoul actuellement en cours. - Vous serez correspondant-e de la DDT 70 pour les Écoquartiers et l'ensemble des démarches Ville durable portées par les ministères de l'aménagement du territoire et de la transition écologique, avec une action de portage de ces dispositifs auprès des territoires et l'accompagnement des collectivités volontaires. - En lien avec le chargé de mission politiques locales de l'habitat, vous accompagnerez les collectivités dans leurs études et dans la définition et la mise en oeuvre de leurs stratégies d'habitat, notamment dans le cadre de la démarche « zéro logement vacant ».
