Role Description SitelogIQ has exciting things happening in Northern California! We’re looking for talented Sales Professionals to join our rapidly growing business. - Account Executive will be part of our West Division and will work remotely in Northern California. - Targets local government market segments with proactive, industry-leading financial and energy solutions. - Improves the fiscal integrity of our client’s budgets and delivers guaranteed self-funded results. - Requires strong financial and analytical aptitude and the ability to navigate a complex selling environment. - Calls on all levels within local government, including senior leadership, Boards and Councils, and facilities and operations staff. - Target compensation: $80,000 - 130,000+/year dependent upon experience, plus uncapped commissions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - 6+ years demonstrated experience selling solutions to local government or related entities. - Sales experience with Facilities, Facility systems, Facility operations, Energy and Utilities a plus. - Knowledge of proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level. - Understanding of financial statements and operating budgets. - Strong presenter and expert level of MS PowerPoint. - Exceptional writing skills for producing persuasive proposals required for all RFPs and RFQs. - Ability to travel up to 50% (may include 20% overnight travel) to client sites and industry events; car allowance is included. Requirements - Drive sales process from start to finish. - Perform necessary research, develop a business development and marketing plan for assigned territory and vertical market. - Identify and qualify opportunities, and execute sales pursuit strategies to secure sales at or above annual quotas. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other methods. - Act as quarterback of the solution development team to develop and deliver compelling solutions to customers per deadlines. - Initiate, build, and maintain executive level relationships. - Work as a team player with the Business Development team. - Manage CRM consistently as the primary means of managing sales pipeline and activity. Our Development Engineer will work out of our Midwest Division, with the ability to work from home on a daily basis. He/she will serve as the technical resource to our Sales & Operations Teams and be responsible for identifying, analyzing and developing solutions to address issues and needs related to customer facilities. They will lead projects through development and manage all resources to ensure the project is delivered on time. Candidates should be willing to travel to project sites 20%-30% of the time within the Midwest region. The salary range is $95,000-$125,000. The salary may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Development Engineer Level 3 Responsibilities - Conducts surveys of customer facilities and assess the current condition, operational performance and deficiencies of the building systems and infrastructure. - Coordinates site visits and project development activities of Facilities Technicians and specialty contractors. - Guide customers in prioritizing projects to improve functionality, operational performance and efficiencies of their facilities. - Develops and analyzes energy baselines for benchmarking. - Calculates energy and operations & maintenance savings associated with proposed improvements. - Ensures solution compliance with current energy and building codes. - Determines appropriate measurement and verification methodologies for developed improvements. - Works with the sales and operations teams, as well as consulting architects, engineers and contractors in developing the technical and financial components of the job to include accurate cost and savings estimates. - Participates in creation and delivery of written and oral presentations for customers. - Participates in the final customer presentation by leading the technical discussion and responding to questions by customer facility experts. - Works with subcontractors and consultants to ensure the quality of work is consistent with the requirements of the job. - Meets regularly with the sales and operations teams to review the performance of the customer contract and in turn participates in the preparation and delivery of customer progress reports. - Maintains an ongoing relationship with the customer, providing technical consultation on current and future facility needs. - Mentors Jr Engineers and new employees Development Engineer Level 3 Qualifications - 5-10 years experience in energy engineering, facilities engineering, design engineering - Technical College Degree - Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - General computer skills and proficiency on smart phone and tablet devices required. - Experience with BlueBeam REVU - Committed team player willing to plug in where needed. Physical Requirements - Ability to lift 20-pound tool and equipment bags. - Ability to safety climb ladders and move over uneven terrain as necessary to access facility equipment. Development Engineer Level 1 Responsibilities - Conducts surveys of customer facilities and assesses the current condition, operational performance and deficiencies of the building systems and infrastructure. This includes; HVAC Systems, Controls Systems, Plumbing Systems, Electrical Systems, Life Safety and Security Systems, Interior Finishes, Building Envelope Systems, Grounds and Site, Etc. - Performs on-site information gathering, testing and technical measurements such as indoor air quality testing, light level and acoustic measurements, as well as data logging of mechanical equipment and indoor environments. Determines how building systems are being controlled and currently functioning. - Develops various marked-up floor plans that illustrate existing conditions, such as CO2, light levels and acoustic measurements. - Develops PowerPoint slides for the development team illustrating facility issues and opportunities for improvements. - Assists development engineers and architects in identifying and developing facility improvement measures. - Works with the development engineers and architects in defining technical scopes of work. - Meets regularly with the project development team to review development progress and schedules to insure delivery of customer reports. - Develops and analyzes energy baselines for benchmarking. - Calculates energy and operations & maintenance savings associated with proposed improvements. - Assists in the creation of asset lifecycle assessments - Works with the lead development engineers in developing the technical and financial components of the job to include accurate cost and savings estimates. - Works with subcontractors and consultants to ensure the quality of work is consistent with the requirements of the job. - Assist in the development of Revit models of piping, plumbing, and/or ductwork systems in compliance with building codes, construction standards, and instructions from project leadership. - Accurately model the BIM elements in the correct special constraints of the Revit software. - Maintain the discipline model including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, and sheets. - Produce specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output. Development Engineer Level 1 Qualifications - Technical College Degree - Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - General computer skills and proficiency on smart phone and tablet devices required. - Proficient understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, or Autodesk. - Committed team player willing to plug in where needed. - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits. Role Description Our Assistant Project Manager will support projects across Michigan and Indiana. The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting both preconstruction and project delivery functions. This position is responsible for assisting with scheduling, bidding, contractor coordination, and preconstruction planning while also providing field-level support as needed during active construction. Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, the Assistant Project Manager bridges preconstruction strategy and field execution by ensuring accurate scope development, thorough documentation, constructability review, and proactive coordination among project managers, site superintendents, and design professionals. Compensation: Target range is $90,000-$105,000 plus a travel and phone allowance. The salary may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field experience. - 2-5 years of experience in construction management, estimating, project engineering, or field supervision. - Experience supporting public-sector K-12 projects preferred. - Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project). - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Assist with development of project schedules during preconstruction. - Assist with preparing public bidding documents and bidder communications. - Support bid leveling, scope comparison, and contractor recommendations. - Participate in constructability meetings, design reviews, and value engineering efforts. - Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, shop drawing reviews, and change documentation. - Maintain accurate project records including meeting minutes, logs, correspondence. - Assist in tracking internal and client budgets, committed costs, and potential change orders. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. - Monitor work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality. - Assist with coordination of trades and sequencing of work activities. - Document daily site activities and report to project leadership. - Identify scope gaps or overlapping responsibilities in trade packages to prevent downstream change orders.
