Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Project Manager Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: A company in the residential construction industry, specialising in custom home design and build services tailored to individual lifestyles and land requirements. They guide clients through the full building journey, from initial planning and design through to construction and handover, with a focus on transparency, collaboration, and quality craftsmanship. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Offshore Project Manager to support our Construction Manager and site supervisors. This role operates as a key administrative and coordination function, similar to a Personal Assistant to the Construction Manager, ensuring that all projects run efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Buildertrend updates, coordinating trades and materials, issuing purchase orders, maintaining schedules, and ensuring clear communication between office and site teams. Key Responsibilities:  Project Coordination & Support - Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Construction Manager - Act as the central coordination point between office, supervisors, and trades - Assist in managing multiple residential construction projects simultaneously Buildertrend Management - Maintain and update Buildertrend daily with accurate project information - Ensure all project data, selections, variations, and documentation are current - Upload and track schedules, variations, and project progress updates - Monitor tasks, deadlines, and workflows within Buildertrend Budget & Purchase Order Management - Review project budgets for accuracy and alignment with scope - Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to trades and suppliers - Ensure all purchase orders include: - Correct scope of work - Pricing and quantities - Site details and timelines - Maintain accurate records of all issued purchase orders - Flag discrepancies or potential cost overruns to the Construction Manager Scheduling & Planning - Maintain and update construction schedules in coordination with supervisors - Ensure trades are booked in accordance with project timelines - Confirm trade availability and proactively manage scheduling conflicts - Coordinate material deliveries to align with site progress - Monitor critical path items to avoid delays - Daily Communication & Site Coordination Conduct daily check-ins with site supervisors - Track project progress and identify potential issues early - Ensure supervisors are supported with required documentation and scheduling - Follow up on outstanding tasks, delays, or site requirements Trades & Supplier Coordination - Liaise with trades and suppliers to confirm bookings and delivery timelines - Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time - Verify that all trade instructions and documentation are clear and complete - Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors Documentation & Compliance - Review, collect, and file supervisor checklists and site documentation - Ensure all required forms, checklists, and reports are completed accurately - Maintain organised digital records for each project - Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards Quality Control & Process Improvement - Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements - Ensure consistency across all project documentation and workflows - Support continuous improvement in systems such as Buildertrend

Job Requirements
