Product Support Analyst – Level 3

• Provide product support for the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues • Document software issues, release notes, and technical guides • Train team members on product functionalities • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation tasks

Job Requirements

  • 8 years of Experience working with Texas Student Data System (TSDS) at LEA or vendor level
  • 8 years of Experience in customer service, with strong communication skills.
  • 8 years of Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • 8 years of Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • 8 years of High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
  • 8 years of Experience in training other team members.
  • 8 years of Familiarity with documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides.
  • 8 years Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
