Job Requirements
- Mid-Senior level experience in design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working across multiple design disciplines (web, graphic, social, email).
- Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI tools as part of the design workflow.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in tech, banking, fintech, or similarly complex industries (preferred).
- Experience with motion design or video production (preferred).
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and pride in craft.
