Tax & Regulatory Onboarding Administrator

• Collaborate with the Global Client Onboarding (GCO) and the Global Product Delivery (GPD) teams • Act as the primary administrative point of contact for Tax & Regulatory onboarding services • Coordinate communications, leading onboarding calls, and facilitating the resolution of Tax & Regulatory-related issues • Maintain accurate and up-to‑date client records, including Tax & Regulatory profiles • Assist with the preparation and delivery of standard onboarding materials, reports, summaries, and status updates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role, preferably within tax, regulatory, compliance, finance, legal, or professional services environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling regulatory, compliance, and client‑specific information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort working in enterprise systems and document repositories
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and status reporting.
