Global Schema Design & Standardization • Design and implement global, reusable schemas that are brand‑, region‑, and platform‑agnostic. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure schemas support long‑term scalability and analytics needs. • Define identity namespaces, primary keys, and governance standards to enable accurate identity stitching and privacy compliance. CJA Connections & Data Views • Develop and maintain Adobe CJA Connections and Data Views mapped to AEP datasets. • Validate data accuracy through reconciliation, analysis, and comparison testing across systems. • Optimize Data Views for sessionization, attribution, performance, and usability. • Build calculated metrics, derived fields, and reusable filters to standardize reporting and insights. Adobe Analytics to AEP/CJA Migration • Lead and support transitions from Adobe Analytics to AEP‑based CJA implementations. • Ensure data parity, reporting continuity, and minimal disruption during migration efforts. • Coordinate tagging updates and data model mappings aligned to XDM standards. Advanced Analytics & Personalization Enablement • Apply advanced analytics to strengthen personalization strategies across marketing and product experiences. • Partner with activation teams (AJO and RT‑CDP) to operationalize insights and measure performance lift. • Support enterprise analytics architecture patterns for long‑term scalability and reliability. Tagging, Data Collection & QA • Collaborate with engineering teams on data collection using Adobe Launch and Web SDK. • Define event, identity, and data collection standards aligned to XDM and Edge Network best practices. • Troubleshoot data flow, identity resolution, and ingestion issues across channels. • Establish QA frameworks, regression checks, anomaly detection, and data health monitoring. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Enablement • Operate within Agile delivery models, coordinating across squads, domains, and external partners. • Provide documentation, training, and enablement materials to accelerate adoption of CJA capabilities. • Translate business questions into analytical constructs, dashboards, and decision‑ready insights. Use your skills to make an impact Qualifications Required • Proven hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). • Strong expertise in XDM schema design, identity stitching, and data governance. • Experience building and maintaining CJA Data Views, Connections, calculated metrics, and filters. • Hands‑on experience with Adobe Launch and Web SDK for enterprise data collection. • Strong SQL (or equivalent) skills and ability to debug event‑level datasets. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment.
