We take the time to learn about adopters and what they are looking for in a dog. We believe by taking our time to match the right dog to the right family, we can prevent many problems down the road. The Matchmaker is the primary contact between the potential adopter and Path of Hope Rescue. They guide the adopter through the process of adoption with empathy, care and professionalism. Our dogs have nowhere to go if people don't adopt them. You must have an equal love for people as for dogs. A hugely important part of this role is establishing and creating a relationship with an applicant over the phone. Our Spokane, Washington based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. • Perform test automation in a staging (homologation) environment.

Role Description As a Sr. QA Manual Tester, you will conduct Software Quality Assurance testing activities to ensure that Claritev application products operate correctly and meet specified requirements and to work as part of a team with influence across a larger organization. Job Roles and Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for Claritev applications. - Create the corresponding test strategy, test plans, and test cases for Claritev’s SQA team. - Execute SQA testing of Claritev applications in accordance with project documentation and aligned with company standards. - Perform back-end (database) testing using SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases. - Perform regression and integration testing. - Perform front-end (functional) testing of Web and GUI applications. - Analyze test results and log defects in JIRA. - Partner with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of identified defects and issues. - Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. - Demonstrate commitment to the Company’s core values. - Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data – this role is considered to be a High Risk Role. - The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
