• Написання сценаріїв для вертикальних серіалів (епізоди 50–120 сек) • Розробка серійних сюжетів: побудова арок, розвиток персонажів, драматургія • Створення сильних хуків у перші секунди та кліфгенгерів у кінці кожного епізоду • Генерація ідей для нових серіалів та форматів • Адаптація історій під швидкий темп і специфіку short-form контенту • Співпраця з продюсерами, режисерами та монтажною командою для реалізації сценаріїв • Ітерації сценаріїв на основі перформансу (retention, watch time)

Job Requirements

  • Досвід написання вертикальних серіалів
  • Сильне розуміння драматургії та серійного сторітелінгу
  • Вміння будувати структуру: hook - conflict - cliffhanger
  • Досвід роботи зі сценаріями під швидкий темп і короткий формат
  • Наявність портфоліо (обовʼязково)
  • Розуміння трендів платформ (ReelShort, Dramabox тощо)
  • Англійська мова на рівні B2 або вище (письмова)

Role Overview We’re looking for a skilled and experienced marketing content writer with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. This person will work alongside the marketing team in partnership with sales and product teams to create high-quality, targeted content that resonates with our target audiences and drives measurable outcomes. Responsibilities - Develop engaging, high-quality content for our website, landing pages, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns as well as case studies, thought leadership articles, video scripts, and additional content as needed. - Help develop and iterate on RethinkFirst’s voice, tone and messaging guidelines. - Create copy for various marketing materials such as sales collateral, brochures, and presentations, and ensure that the messaging is consistent. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, customer success, design studio, and sales to develop messaging, positioning, content, and emails that align with business objectives. - Edit and proofread all market-facing content for accuracy, grammar, and spelling, ensuring that all content is both accurate and high quality. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality content within deadlines. - Work alongside Web Marketing team to create new SEO content that improves website visibility and organic reach. Revise existing web pages as needed to improve optimization. - Stay up to date with industry trends to produce relevant, research-driven content, incorporating findings into day-to-day work and relaying insights to help shape content strategy. Qualifications - Experience: - Proven experience in product marketing and content writing, preferably in the EdTech, Behavioral Health, or Benefits Administration sectors. - Familiarity with topics such as Mental Health, SEL, MTSS, Behavior Management, Professional Development, and Special Education is a plus. - Track record of collaboration with graphic designers, studio and production teams to develop cohesive, visually dynamic marketing collateral. - Skills: - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Ability to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging content for educators and decision-makers. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to give and receive feedback in a positive, constructive manner. - Proficiency in SEO principles and digital content creation. - Technical Skills: - Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools (e.g., WordPress, Asana) is a plus. - Experience with EdTech, Behavioral Health, or Benefits Administration tools and platforms is an advantage. - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Role Description As a Digital Content Editor, you will play a key role in driving the growth of global digital products across regions including EMEA, APAC, and India. By supporting content development, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams, you will directly contribute to delivering high-quality digital learning solutions to a global audience. Your work will help ensure that content reaches learners efficiently and effectively, enabling impactful educational experiences worldwide. This role focuses on supporting global digital product operations by managing content workflows, assisting in product development initiatives, and coordinating across regional publishing teams. Reporting to the Sr. Associate Publisher of Global Product, you will work closely with editorial, production, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of content and successful execution of digital product strategies outside the US. What you will be doing: - Support regional publishing programs across EMEA and APAC by tracking content development progress and following up with authors. - Assist in digital content management and product development, including content commissioning responsibilities in select regions. - Coordinate with editorial teams to manage agreements, contracts, and invoice processing across regions (EMEA, APAC, India, LATAM). - Liaise with Production and Digital Production teams to monitor the status of content for digital platforms. - Track regional publishing plans and plant budgets, and provide content status updates to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. - Ensure accessibility and accuracy of global product information for cross-functional teams. - Contribute ideas to improve editorial workflows and operational processes.
