This is a remote position. About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Human Resource & Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruitment team. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role focused on keeping the hiring process running smoothly - from candidate screening and interview coordination to system management and reference checks. You will play a key role in supporting recruiters and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks, while helping the recruitment process run efficiently from start to finish.
