Quick Overview - Location: Fully Remote - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST - Compensation: $1,500/month + performance bonus - Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Who We Are At Scalesource, we build long-term remote teams for U.S. companies. This is an internal role. You are not supporting a client — you are building and improving our recruiting engine. We operate fast, iterate constantly, and expect execution. We use EOS with daily accountability and weekly problem-solving. What This Role Actually Is This is not a task-based recruiter role. You are responsible for: - Building pipelines, not just filling roles - Thinking ahead, not reacting to job posts - Creating structure, not waiting for it - Driving results, not just activity If you’re used to posting jobs and waiting for applicants, this is not a fit. What You’ll Be Doing Pipeline & Strategy - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across roles - Think ahead on hiring needs and create candidate networks - Continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategy Execution & Volume - Manage high-volume recruiting without lowering standards - Run interviews, evaluate candidates, and move fast - Keep pipelines active, organized, and moving Systems & Optimization - Own ATS, workflows, and pipeline tracking - Analyze data daily and adjust quickly - Build structure where there is none Candidate & Team Coordination - Maintain constant follow-up with candidates and stakeholders - Work closely with recruiting team and BDRs - Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience

Job Requirements

  • Required Experience (Proven, Not Theoretical)

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting
  • 3+ years managing high-volume pipelines
  • 3+ years proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, outbound, job boards)
  • Systems & Data
  • 3+ years using an ATS to manage pipelines
  • Experience using data to improve recruiting performance
  • Execution
  • 3+ years working in English-speaking environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously

This is a remote position. About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Human Resource & Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruitment team. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role focused on keeping the hiring process running smoothly - from candidate screening and interview coordination to system management and reference checks. You will play a key role in supporting recruiters and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks, while helping the recruitment process run efficiently from start to finish.
