Job Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or cross-functional project management
- Experience owning complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end
- Ability to map workflows and identify where systems or processes break down
- Highly analytical, comfortable using data (and AI tools) to drive decisions
- Highly collaborative and can work effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in tools like Asana, Jira, and HubSpot
- Experience in higher education, edtech, or SaaS environments is preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting systems and workflows
- Experience implementing or improving operational systems at scale
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to analyze data and build workflows.

About the internship This is a 13-month fixed-term placement, suitable for students currently studying a sandwich degree course in a relevant discipline and is targeted at 2nd year students enrolled in a 4 years bachelor's degree or enrolled in Master's Integrated Course which includes a year in industry or equivalent.
