Business Process Consultant

Evora IT Solutions

• Analyze, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, configuring ServiceNow applications, and ensuring successful deployment and optimization ServiceNow modules. • Support Evora’s delivery organization and elicit details from customers to write detailed specific requirements (stories, acceptance criteria). • Ensure all related activities are delivered with a focus on customer service and quality. • Initiate and/or participate in strategic initiatives that impact Evora’s tactical approach to servicing and supporting Evora’s customers. • Analyze and assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed. • Drive as a key subject matter expert in the development of projects for the Technical Support Engineer and customer support experience. • Develop training plan and training materials to deliver our customers with ServiceNow success through a train the trainer approach. • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. • Leverage your expertise to develop the test plan and approach on customer projects. • Participate in discovery workshops to elicit requirements to develop business process workflows that support overall architectural design. • Contribute to weekly status reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related feed, or equivalent years of experience
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on business process optimization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, development, and implementation.
  • Strong cross-functional Program/Project management skills including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills including creative thinking and willingness to work hands-on to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) highly preferred or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or similar certification preferred.
