• You’ll design and build full-stack features that are fast, reliable, and loved by users. • You’ll collaborate closely with product and design, make architecture decisions, and help keep our systems running smoothly as we scale. • You’ll also play a key role in leveling up the team — sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and mentoring others.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building production systems.
  • Expertise with Elixir/Phoenix, or equivalent frameworks like Rails or Django.
  • Strong frontend experience with React (or similar frameworks like Vue or Svelte).
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and search tools like Elasticsearch.
  • A track record of owning systems end-to-end and delivering high-quality code.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) — we love engineers who embrace new ways to move faster.
  • Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
  • Deep Elixir/Phoenix or LiveView experience.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL, or distributed systems.
  • A passion for helping teammates grow.
