• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth • Identify and engage new clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions • Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients • Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads • Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of sales, within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable
- Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in your home market and/or dedicated region
- Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal
- A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients
- Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success
- Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
