We're looking for a dynamic Team Leader to guide, support, and develop a high-performing team of professional coaches who serve our network of independent automotive shop owners and industry. As the Team Leader, you’ll oversee approximately 12 coaches, ensuring exceptional service delivery, professional growth, and alignment with our company’s strategic goals. You’ll also play a key role in performance management, peer group facilitation, and internal operations. What You’ll Do Coach Development & Support - Conduct weekly 1:1s with your team of 5-6 coaches using a structured cadence. - Deliver real-time coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. - Co-lead two weekly training sessions focused on business acumen and member impact. - Guide coach onboarding, training, and skill development plans. - Review and align documentation like member dashboards and success plans. - Approve PTO, manage expense reports, and participate in coach hiring. Performance & Metrics - Monitor 3–5 weekly KPIs through Salesforce/Overdrive dashboards. - Review coach performance related to member engagement and service delivery. - Track call quality, CSI results, and onboarding touchpoints (e.g., welcome, 30-day, 90-day). Team Operations & Communication - Facilitate structured daily huddles (3x/week). - Maintain documentation such as 1:1 notes, scorecards, and escalations. - Share operational updates and "hot topics" with clarity and consistency. - Actively participate in leadership meetings and coaching alignment calls. Member Escalation & Support - Act as a second line of support for member issues. - Support peer group facilitation and special member initiatives. - Oversee member outreach including CSI callbacks and onboarding touchpoints. Strategic Initiatives - Collaborate with the COO to launch new initiatives and optimize department performance. - Identify improvements based on feedback and operational data. ✅ What You Bring Required - 5+ years of leadership experience in coaching, training, or development (automotive/collision or small business sectors preferred). - Proven track record of managing high-performing teams. - Excellent facilitation and virtual team leadership skills. - Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), dashboards, and Microsoft Office. - Outstanding communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. - Able to travel for HQ visits, industry events, and annual conferences. Program Summary Remote Special Process Quality Auditor will have experience in auditing globally diverse teams, communicating with senior management, managing challenging customer issues, leveraging the larger Aero organization for solutions, and solving complex problems where a degree of ambiguity exists. Job Summary - Position will complete onsite audits and associated pre-audit and post-audit work in the following special process areas; Calibration, Heat Treat, Machining, Chemical Processing/Plating, Thermal Spray, Welding, and Shot Peening. - Position requires travel to conduct audits; audit locations are likely to include US locations, Mexico locations and Europe locations. - This position is remote and requires you to live close to an international airport. Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for auditing Special Processes at a key Aerospace customer’s manufacturing sites and suppliers. - Requires breadth of technical special process - Knowledge and experience across programs and products to work with our site locations and customers in determining compliance with appropriate special process requirements. - Perform audits per customer requirements using industry/customer specific checklists - Document opportunities and findings against noncompliance’s, work with sites to ensure robust corrective actions are completed on time and effective. - Experience in auditing the following areas/special processes: Conventional Machining, Chemical Processing, Heat Treat, Welding, Coatings, etc. Basic Qualifications - Specific requirements regarding education and experience will prevail. - Education and experience: Bachelor’s or associate’s degree and five (5) years in a technical field that would provide heat treat experience or a High School diploma and ten (10) years heat treating experience in Aerospace Quality or Special Process Experience.
