The incumbent will play a critical role in processing and monitoring all revenue activity, in accordance with VA Financial Policy. Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of experience in supporting the billing, invoicing, and collections of Financial Services Center (FSC). - Proven analytical, writing, organization, and communication skills. - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple business office functions efficiently. - Experience in using Access, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI to acquire data and create revenue reports and invoices. - Competence in collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting statistical performance data. - Prior experience working w/on iFAMS (required) - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - In-depth knowledge of VA operations and iFAMS Service operations, including user provisioning and customer support sustainment activities.
