En Workana estamos buscando un/a Junior Advanced Data Analyst para sumarse a equipo de datos de uno de nuestros clientes:"Empresa mexicana dedicada a mejorar la salud y calidad de vida mediante productos farmacéuticos y de cuidado personal." Su equipo de ciencia de datos se dedica a transformar datos en conocimiento estratégico que impulse la toma de decisiones en la organización. El equipo combina habilidades de análisis estadístico, programación y visualización para identificar patrones, generar modelos predictivos y construir tableros interactivos que permiten entender el negocio de manera profunda. Además de diseñar soluciones basadas en datos, trabajan de forma colaborativa con distintas áreas para detectar oportunidades, optimizar procesos y respaldar la innovación. Mision del rol: Gestionar y analizar datos para garantizar que sean confiables y consistentes, asegurando que las decisiones del negocio estén fundamentadas en información precisa. Es un espacio ideal para profesionales con mentalidad analítica, curiosidad intelectual y pasión por convertir información en impacto real. Responsabilidades principales: - Extraer, transformar, limpiar y validar datos provenientes de múltiples fuentes internas y externas. - Detectar patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora que apoyen a la estrategia del negocio. - Comunicar hallazgos de manera efectiva a las áreas de negocio, permitiendo que los datos se traduzcan en decisiones informadas. - Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos, garantizando que los resultados analíticos sean precisos. - Documentación de procesos. - Consultas de datos. - Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de Datos, IT, BI para generar la coherencia en el uso de la información. - Colaborar con áreas de analítica avanzada e inteligencia de negocio para garantizar input de calidad de los datos. Requisitos (Excluyentes): - Formación profesional en Estadística, Matemática, Ingeniería de Sistemas o Computación. - 2 años de experiencia como Data Analyst. - Experiencia con Python. - Experiencia con SQL básico/intermedio. - Conocimiento en procesos ETL/ELT y herramientas de integración de datos. - Conocimiento básico en modelado y gestión de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales. - Nociones de estadística descriptiva. Soft Skills esperadas: - Aprendizaje rápida. - Atención al detalle. - Capacidad para documentar procesos. - Perfil Analítico y de resolución de problemas. - Empático/a que desarrolle sentido de pertenecia y trabajo en equipo.
