Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack software solutions in an agile environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions - Write and maintain automated unit tests for all developed code - Apply modern development frameworks and tools to enhance system performance and scalability - Ensure solutions align with current architecture while accounting for future enhancements - Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality Qualifications - 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software applications - 4+ years of experience with C# and .NET for backend development - 2+ years of experience with TypeScript and React for frontend development - Experience with Python for scripting and automation - Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and familiarity with NoSQL technologies - Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) - Experience working in Agile development environments - Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination - Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar tools) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support debugging/refactoring - Experience solving complex technical problems in a collaborative, team-based environment - Experience gathering client requirements and improving workflows through automation - Master’s degree Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
