Human Resources Generalist

• Provide daily transactional support to assigned business units • Responsible for day-to-day administration of core HR services to employees and managers • Perform a variety of employment related functions and serve as the site liaison between centers of excellence • Coordinate and manage Onboarding and Offboarding procedures for assigned business units • Responsible for Employee data management recording and filing of employee information • Manage all Leave of Absence requests in accordance with federal, state and company guidelines • Communicate company's policies and procedures • Support the site employee performance evaluation administration • Ensure Site/Regional Compliance with Workers Compensation and State and Federal Law. • Provide Employee Relations Support to Leads / Supervisors/ Managers • Effectively communicate Human Resources information to employees • Support Unemployment insurance compliance and reporting • Provide applicable reports and HR related administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of leave management (FMLA/ADA etc.)
  • Policy adherence
  • Employee relations
  • Conflict resolution
  • Ability to communicate across various levels within the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred or equivalent years of experience required
  • Experience supporting non-exempt personnel in a high-volume environment is preferred

  • SHRM-CP/PHR or willingness to obtain certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

To support this effort, Digital Green is seeking qualified Reviewers to assess and enhance Q&A content before it proceeds to the validation stage. Position Summary The Reviewer will be responsible for evaluating and refining Q&A pairs to ensure they meet the standards of the Golden Q-A framework, including trustworthiness, contextual relevance, persuasiveness, and clarity. The role requires strong subject-matter expertise and the ability to critically assess and improve content for use by farmers and extension workers.
