Job Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in AI upskilling, digital capability-building, or technology-driven learning
- Proven ability to translate complex and emerging technologies into practical, applied learning experiences
- Track record of designing and delivering reskilling or workforce transition initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills and consultant mindset
- Relevant certifications in coaching or training are a plus
- Background in digital transformation or innovation programs preferred.
