Social Media and Content Coordinator
Wing Assistant
• Creation/Editing: Create branded and trending content by either repurposing assets provided by the marketing or EU based team or creating from scratch • Edit short‑form video (30–90s) into platform-optimized Reels and TikToks with captions, subtitles, and sound design. 1 - 3 per week. • Produce 3–5 polished carousels per week from provided assets and briefs. • Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips and vertical edits. • Optimize edits for platform performance (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs). • Responsible for publishing content on all Brand-owned organic social media platforms ensuring all posts are on time and accurate • Support in the briefing and planning of shoots to ensure maximum ROI in usage and repurposing on all platforms for the social media department • Responsible for managing and cataloging of assets on the shared drive: brand folder • Monitor and engage with comments and DMs, respond in brand voice, escalate product/retailer inquiries, run engagement initiatives (polls, UGC requests, creator replies), and track sentiment. • Create collab-specific content and captions to maximize brand support with focus on US market • Coordinate all new retailer and new product announcements
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Social Media Manager.
- Solid organizational & time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
- Tools: Canva, Adobe Premiere Photoshop, Capcut in app, TikTok and IG and Later Content (for scheduling)

Role Description You'll own Arno's social media presence for the DET globally. You'll be the face and voice of Arno for millions of prospective DET test-takers worldwide, and you'll use data to continuously sharpen what you make. Responsibilities - Produce one piece of content per day — a reel, post, or story — and publish it across the relevant platform(s). - Develop content that educates, engages, and converts prospective DET test-takers. - Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs) and use them to iterate on your content strategy. - Stay current on platform trends and adapt formats accordingly. Qualifications - Full English fluency (C1+ CEFR level). - Experience teaching English as a second language. - A demonstrated passion for creating high-performing social media content. - A track record of using metrics to iterate on and improve content. - Deep knowledge of what content succeeds on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. - Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). Nice to Have - Familiarity with the Duolingo English Test.
