We're looking for a VP to own this engine end-to-end: the team, the deals, the performance, and the strategy. This is a general management role as much as a marketing one. You'll be accountable for ROAS, deal economics, and team output across bookers and account managers. You know how to run a sales-style operation, price deals with data, and keep a large team motivated and hitting targets. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Team Leadership - Lead and develop a team of 10–15, including Director of IM, deal bookers, and campaign coordinators - Set individual and team performance targets; run weekly pipeline and performance reviews - Coach to close — help bookers level up on outreach, negotiation, and relationship management - Maintain team morale and culture in a fully remote, high-output environment - Genuinely excited about using AI (Claude specifically) as a core part of your workflow. We run on Claude across the business- we expect this role to lead by example and push the team to work faster and sharper with AI, not just tolerate it. Deal Management & Pricing - Own the full deal lifecycle: lead generation, talent acquisition, negotiation, and contracting - Price influencer deals using historical performance data and predictive ROAS modeling - Manage celebrity and high-value talent relationships directly - Build and maintain a tiered pricing framework across creator levels (nano to celebrity) Program Performance - Maintain >200% ROAS across total influencer spend - Own the influencer P&L: track spend, revenue attribution, and margin by creator tier - Build reporting infrastructure that makes performance visible and decisions fast - Identify underperforming segments and reallocate spend with speed Strategy & Growth - Evolve the influencer mix — balance organic seeding, paid amplification, and celebrity deals - Partner with the paid media team to whitelist and amplify top-performing creator content - Stay ahead of platform shifts and creator economy trends - Build creator pipeline systems that reduce dependency on inbound and reactive sourcing WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 8+ years scaling organic influencer programs at DTC or consumer brands, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role - Managed $10M+ in influencer spend with documented ROAS outcomes — you can speak to program economics with specific numbers - Strong people leadership background: you've built, managed, and developed large teams in a performance-oriented environment - Sales management instincts — you know how to run a pipeline, set targets, and hold a team accountable without burning them out - Data-driven deal pricing: you use historical performance data, not gut feel, to set rates and evaluate ROI - Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — you understand the algorithm, the format, and the creator landscape on each - Experience managing high-value talent relationships and navigating complex deal structures (exclusivity, usage rights, performance tiers) - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with a lean central team - Genuinely excited about using AI in your workflow — for research, outreach, performance analysis, briefing, or wherever it makes your team faster and sharper. We use AI tools actively across the business and expect this role to lead by example. COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE BASE SALARY $160K – $220K LOCATION Fully Remote REPORTS TO CMO Performance incentives tied to program ROAS, influencer revenue contribution, and team output targets. Structure and timing discussed at offer stage. APPLY Show us a program you built and what happened to it. We want to understand the scale you've operated at, how you priced deals, and how you led the team behind it. Send a deck, a doc, a case study — whatever makes the case clearly. This role isn't for someone who has managed influencer campaigns as one part of a broader marketing job. We need someone for whom influencer is the whole game — and who has the P&L and team track record to prove it.
