The Vacancy We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated Junior Product Owner. This is a remote role available to candidates based in the UK or Europe only. In this role, you will help shape, improve, and support the ongoing evolution of Megger’s global customer support and aftersales platforms and processes, including the Self-Service Customer Portal and ticketing solution. The role works across technical support, service and repair, and commercial operations, helping to ensure business needs are translated into clear requirements and effective improvements. You will work closely with process owners, operational teams, IT, and external partners to support change delivery, improve consistency across regions, and enhance the overall customer and user experience. You will act as a trusted second to the Service Product Owner, providing continuity, coordination, and stakeholder support. Key Responsibilities - Support the shaping, refinement, and prioritisation of improvements across Megger’s customer support and aftersales platforms and processes. - Gather, document, and clarify business needs from technical support, service and repair, and commercial operations teams. - Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable improvements that support a consistent customer and user experience. - Work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to ensure agreed changes are understood and delivered effectively. - Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of enhancements and process changes. - Help drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement across support tools, processes, and ways of working. - Support the Service Product Owner with planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery follow-through. Experience, Skills & Qualifications - An understanding of business analyst, product support, project support, service improvement, or change activities. - Experience working with customer support, aftersales, case management, CRM, workflow, or ticketing platforms. - Exposure to gathering requirements, supporting process change, coordinating testing, and helping deliver business improvements. - Able to work confidently across operational and technical teams, translating business needs into practical outcomes. - Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach. - Organised, pragmatic, and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail. - Proactive and hands-on, with a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently while taking guidance where needed.
