About the Role We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Business Development Representative -Player/Coach to lead our expansion into the Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors. This is a critical leadership-track role for a professional who can navigate complex sales cycles while pioneering the use of AI-driven methodologies to increase efficiency and personalization and operating in a remote first environment. Compensation This position offers a base salary range of $80k -$100K based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn commissions. Primary Responsibilities & Expectations - Orchestrate a sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework to penetrate high-value Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations.
