Performance Integrity Analyst I

• Audit claims for accuracy according to audit policies, procedures, and guidelines while encouraging team and individual contributions toward the company's quality initiatives and improvement efforts. • Participate in team efforts to develop or update department standards and provide feedback on department's performance in reaching service and performance level goals. • Remain continuously current on changes and/or additions to all other applicable departments' policies, procedures, and guidelines. • Thoroughly investigate problems and identify and report inconsistencies or ambiguities in manuals, policies, and guidelines. • Compile performance statistics and identify potential trends. • Generate reports. • Participate in testing implemented system changes.
Job Requirements
- Two years of experience as a Claim processor or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience, depending on current business needs.
- Ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts.
- Demonstrated proficient PC skills and familiarity with corporate software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of claims coding, and applicable systems including Facets, eVIPS, and Radar.
- Audit experience desirable.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.

• Has responsibility for administration of the entire contractual life-cycle of the Luminare Health Benefits Administrative Service Agreements (ASAs). • Manages relationship with Client Management contract owners to ensure contracts accurately reflect services and scope of work. • Works independently and communicates effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders. • Provides feedback on ways to improve the efficiency of the contract management processes. • Assume leadership responsibility for creating, editing, reviewing, tracking and finalizing the Luminare Health Benefits, Inc. client service agreements and amendments. • Review and analyze contract requests submitted by Client Managers to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and company policies. • Independently identify, research and resolve contract issues and recommend solutions. • Review and evaluate client requests for changes or revisions of contracts. • Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms with minimal supervision. • Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions. • Performs detailed financial reconciliation of processed transactions. • Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions and handles execution of adjustments. • Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, follows standard policies and procedures to address exceptions. • Escalates appropriately when faced with an unresolved exception or impactful issue. • Ensures compliance with the control framework. • Identifies and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations to the appropriate parties. • Participation in intermediate change management activities upon request (e.g. executing end-to-end operational regression user test scenarios).
