UX/UI Designer
Axway
• Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs. • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose experience-based improvements that will give us an advantage over our competitors. • Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest design-implementation standards. • Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI. • Contribute to the development and implementation of our design system.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma - primary tool, Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Understanding of the latest global accessibility regulations and recommendations
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines
- Curiosity, user empathy and understanding, and a continuous learning mindset
- Innovative, creative spirit with an appreciation of and skill for creating simple yet elegant design

• Lead 0→1 product design for major initiatives, from discovery through launch and iteration • Rapidly prototype and test concepts to validate direction before engineering investment • Design intuitive experiences across complex clinical, operational, and AI-assisted systems • Run discovery research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform product direction • Partner with Engineering to ship high-quality, scalable design systems • Own and evolve our design system to support scale, accessibility, and speed • Partner closely with PM and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and influence product strategy • Raise the bar for craft, systems thinking, and user empathy across the company
• Own end-to-end design for features: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across platforms. • Lead user research, gather facts, usability tests, journey mapping, and analytics analysis. • Design sophisticated visual systems including typography, color, iconography, illustrations, and micro-interactions. • Contribute components and patterns to the design system with documentation and usage guidelines. • Partner with engineers throughout development, providing detailed specs, edge cases, and design support. • Facilitate design workshops, present work to stakeholders.
