Product Designer
Genea
• Own end-to-end design for features: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across platforms. • Lead user research, gather facts, usability tests, journey mapping, and analytics analysis. • Design sophisticated visual systems including typography, color, iconography, illustrations, and micro-interactions. • Contribute components and patterns to the design system with documentation and usage guidelines. • Partner with engineers throughout development, providing detailed specs, edge cases, and design support. • Facilitate design workshops, present work to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience with portfolio showcasing shipped features and visual excellence.
- Strong proficiency in Figma includes advanced auto layout, components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping and understanding of design system.
- Expert understanding of typography, color theory, layout systems, and visual design principles.
- Ability to apply AI tools while maintaining strong human-centered judgment.
- Solid understanding of user research methods, usability principles, and platform-specific design.
- Experience designing for accessibility, responsive layouts, and component-based design systems.
- Ability to work independently, present design rationale clearly, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Good to have: Basic knowledge of motion design, illustration, iconography, or front-end development.
