Contract Manager

• Lead the team responsible for processing credits and rebills. • Ensure credits and rebills are processed accurately and in a timely manner. • Define KPIs and create reporting to actively measure team performance and success. • Develop a team of problem solvers by identifying root causes and creating action plans to prevent future issues. • Identify and define proactive processes and reporting. • Review policies and procedures and update them to reflect business needs. • Build collaborative relationships with sales, customer service, finance, accounting, and pharma account management leadership teams. • Collaborate with SAP and technology teams to build and improve system processes and workflows. • Ensure compliance with SOX and Company internal controls and provide feedback and suggest updates to internal controls narratives. • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to support employee performance and career growth. • Act as a change advocate by developing and implementing project initiatives that support customer and business goals while maintaining high employee satisfaction. • Complete special projects as identified.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with demonstrated advancement in scope or responsibility.
- Experience leading others.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Performance management experience.
- Experience building relationships with internal customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Previous contract pricing and membership or pricing services experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- SAP experience.

As a Fuel Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of Fuel Contract Managers within the Asia Fuel Delivery organization.
