Role Description Vous souhaitez participer à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie du contrôle de légalité des actes d'urbanismes et participer à son enrichissement en lien avec les directives nationales et avec les enjeux départementaux? En tant que Chargé / Chargée du contrôle de légalité en urbanisme, vous piloterez et mettrez en oeuvre la stratégie de contrôle de légalité. Pour ce faire vous : - Proposerez, ferez valider et appliquerez le plan de contrôle annuel (prioritairement le contrôle des actes d'urbanisme, mais également et plus ponctuellement celui des documents d'urbanisme) ; - Apporterez une réponse proportionnée aux non-conformités décelées : pré-recours (téléphoniques, mails), mails et lettres d’observations, recours gracieux, déféré préfectoral ; - Rédigerez les réponses aux signalements ; - Assurerez le suivi de l'archivage d'une partie des actes n'ayant pas encore été dématérialisés ; - Assurerez la polyvalence et l'intérim avec le poste de chargé(e) d'affaires juridiques, en charge du contentieux et du conseil juridique. En interne, vous bénéficierez d'un appui hebdomadaire de votre responsable. Vous collaborerez avec les autres membres de l’Unité (assistante au contrôle de légalité, chargée d’affaires juridiques) et avec les services métiers (prioritairement avec le service urbanisme et démarches de territoires relativement au contrôle des documents d’urbanisme, mais également avec les autres services concernant la mise en oeuvre des dispositions des documents porteurs de réglementation - exemple : PPRI). En externe, vous travaillerez en lien direct avec les services instructeurs des collectivités ainsi qu'avec la préfecture, les sous-préfectures et les architectes des bâtiments de France. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the entire contract lifecycle to include intake and triage, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, filing, renewing or terminating contracts of low to high complexity. Manage queue of contracting and legal requests according to priority and urgency, while managing multiple, competing deadlines. Review, redline, and negotiate contracts according to organizational standards and ensuring regulatory compliance. Primarily sell-side contracting for all lines of business for new business and renewals. Low volume of buy-side contracting aligned by category. Contracts types include but are not limited to: Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements, Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Business Associate Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, Software License Agreements, and Software as a Service Agreements. Route documents for deviation review and approvals as necessary; route for signatures. Manage expirations and collaborate with Sales & Account Management teams and internal business partners on renewals. Maintain and optimize contracting processes within LinkSquares contract management system ensuring accurate data entry, document naming, tagging, and filing. Assist with template maintenance; playbook and clause library development. Assist with corporate filings and registrations with government entities. Coordinate and prepare document production subpoena responses. Serve as a key point of contact to internal stakeholders and business partners on contracting best practices, internal standards, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Operations & Medical Records teams regarding certain requests for medical records. Six or more years of contracting experience in a law firm or corporate contracts or legal department. Notary, or willing to become one.
