Role Description La Guadeloupe est située dans l'archipel des Caraïbes à près de 6700 km de l'Hexagone. La population, de 380 000 habitants, présente des niveaux de ressource inférieurs à la moyenne nationale. Le logement, locatif ou en accession, social ou privé, est une politique importante sur le territoire, de part ses impacts financiers et sociaux. Ainsi, la DEAL intervient par l'animation du partenariat et le financement de cette politique via les BOP 123 et 135 et l'enveloppe budgétaire délivrée par l'ANAH. L'instructeur de l'amélioration est chargé de l'instruction, pour ce qui concerne les propriétaires-occupants, des demandes d'aide et de leur gestion financière tant pour les travaux d'amélioration de l'habitat (BOP 123) que pour les travaux d'adaptation au vieillissement (ANAH). - Instruire les dossiers de demande d'aide à l'Amélioration de l'Habitat (AH), MaPrimAdapt (MPA) - Instruction des dossiers de demande de subvention et préparation des dossiers pour les commissions. - Analyse, relations avec les financeurs, possibilité de visites. - Suivi de la signature des conventions de financement, engagement comptable (application chorus). - Suivi de l'avancement des projets avec les opérateurs. - Informer les attributaires et les opérateurs - Accueil sur place ou réponse aux appels des attributaires et des opérateurs. - Suivi des dossiers en lien avec les opérateurs dont il est l'interlocuteur de premier niveau. - Participation à des événements valorisant le dispositif de l'amélioration de l'habitat. - Gérer la liquidation des dépenses - Enregistrer les demandes de paiement, instruire des demandes, saisie chorus. - Possibilité de visites sur le terrain avant paiement ou de contrôle tiers. Liaison hiérarchique : Sous l'autorité hiérarchique de la cheffe d'unité et fonctionnelle de son adjointe en charge de l'animation du pôle amélioration de l'habitat. L'unité est composée de 7 agents : - Pour l'AH et MPA : 4 instructeurs - Pour l'ANAH PB : 1 instructeur + 1 instructeur à mi-temps Qualifications - Compétences techniques : faculté d'analyse et de suivi des dossiers (volet administratif, technique et financier). - Connaissances en gestion comptable. - Connaissances en bureautique (+ outil spécifiques : Chorus et Op@l). - Notions de technique du bâtiment. - Compétences transversales : connaissance des enjeux Habitat, capacité à rendre compte, loyauté et discrétion, être autonome et organisé, faire preuve de rigueur. - Compétences relationnelles : sens de la pédagogie pour expliquer les règles applicables. Requirements - Modes d'acquisition : mise en situation, compagnonnage, formations. - Expérience dans le domaine de l'habitat et de l'aménagement opérationnel. • Design and develop AI Agents leveraging modern frameworks such as LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to support SAP use cases. • Build and enhance the AI Agent experience layer using tools such as CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or equivalent frameworks. • Enable and support cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) for AI Agent deployment, scalability, and secure operations. • Develop AI coding assets and MCP-based integrations to support the AI SDLC for SAP, including tooling and automation frameworks. • Design and implement SAP integrations using OData services, Function Modules, and CDS views. • Collaborate with SAP Basis teams to support system connectivity, transports, performance, and access management. • Work with SAP data structures to enable accurate context retrieval, analysis, and automation. • Integrate AI solutions with SAP incident and ticketing processes (e.g., ServiceNow) to support diagnostics, triage, and resolution workflows. • Partner closely with Technical Product Managers, SAP functional teams, and Managed Services stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
