Role Description We are seeking a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of our accounting function (remote). This is not a support role. You will be the sole accounting resource for the company, responsible for maintaining clean, accurate books and ensuring the financial foundation of the business is strong, organized, and reliable. You will work directly with the founders and have full visibility into the financial operations of a global luxury brand. Deine Aufgaben: - Du verantwortest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung nach HGB – Kreditoren, Debitoren, Sachkonten – und sorgst für saubere, revisionssichere Buchungen in DATEV - Du erstellst und prüfst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und stellst sicher, dass diese den geltenden Rechnungslegungsstandards entsprechen - Du übernimmst die monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, inkl. Meldungen an ausländische Behörden (OSS) - Du überwachst den Zahlungsverkehr und das Mahnwesen - Du sorgst für die Einhaltung aller steuerlichen und rechtlichen Vorgaben (Rechnungskontrolle, Reisekosten, Compliance) und unterstützt bei internen und externen Prüfungen - Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Steuerkanzlei zusammen und bist Ansprechpartner:in für buchhalterische Fragen im Team ÜBER DICH - Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem Umfeld mit hoher Veränderungsdynamik - Sehr gute HGB-Kenntnisse und sichere Handhabung von DATEV - Erfahrungen in internationalem Umsatzsteuerrecht sind ein Plus - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Finanzen - Präzise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Proaktive Hands-on Mentalität: Du gehst Herausforderungen aktiv an und flaggst anbahnende Business Risiken & Probleme - Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (C1+) Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung!
