Role Description Rejoignez une direction régionale engagée en faveur de l'environnement, du logement et du développement durable en Corse, et devenez un maillon essentiel du fonctionnement du service ! - 60 % au sein du service connaissance, information et logement (SCIL) : - Facilitez la circulation de l'information. - Accompagnez le chef de service et son adjoint. - Contribuez à l'organisation interne. - Participez à des missions transversales comptables et RH. - 40 % en appui du secrétariat de direction : - Gestion d'agendas. - Organisation d'événements. - Intérim du secrétariat en cas d'absence. Au SCIL, vous : - Assurez la logistique du service (commandes, besoins en fournitures, lien avec le secrétariat général). - Prenez en charge le secrétariat du chef de service et de son adjoint : - Accueil téléphonique. - Préparation des réunions. - Mise en forme de documents. - Relances. - Garantissez la fluidité du traitement du courrier, en lien étroit avec le secrétariat de direction. - Participez activement à l'organisation du secrétariat du Comité régional de l'habitat et de l'hébergement (CRHH) et de son bureau en appui à l'unité Logement. - Participez au réseau des assistantes de service. Missions transversales : - Contribuez à la gestion RH (congés, arrêts maladie). - Suivi budgétaire (BOP 135). - Mise en forme de courriers, rapports. Au sein de la direction, vous appuyez le secrétariat pour : - Organiser les agendas, les rendez-vous, les réunions et les visioconférences. - Préparer les déplacements (ordres de mission, réservations, états de frais). - Assurer l'accueil du site de Paglia Orba et le suivi du courrier. - Soutenir l'organisation de réunions majeures (CODIR, CSA, CODER) et rédiger les comptes rendus. - Contribuer à la préparation d'événements et de séminaires. - Relire et mettre en forme les notes. Vous travaillez au coeur d'un réseau riche et varié : équipes de la DREAL, secrétariats, moyens généraux, mais aussi de nombreux partenaires territoriaux (préfectures, services régionaux, ADEME, Collectivité de Corse, communes...). La confidentialité et la qualité relationnelle sont essentielles. Liaison hiérarchique : - Sous l'autorité directe hiérarchique et fonctionnelle du chef du SCIL et de son adjoint. - Sous l'autorité fonctionnelle de la direction pendant les temps où vous serez amené(e) à l'assister dans toutes ses actions. Qualifications - Motivé(e), organisé(e) et aimez être au coeur de l'action. - Débutant(e) ou confirmé(e), votre envie d'apprendre et de vous investir fera la différence. Requirements - Très bonne maîtrise de la bureautique, de l'intranet et d'internet. - Connaissance du fonctionnement d'un service administratif. - Maîtrise de l'expression écrite et des règles d'écriture administrative. - Capacité à organiser, planifier et tenir à jour un classement efficace. - Aisance dans la préparation et l'animation de réunions (prise de notes, rédaction). - Réactivité, sens du service, autonomie. - Confidentialité et discrétion absolues. - Grande qualité relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs variés (préfets, élus, directeurs, agents...). - Esprit d'équipe, disponibilité, sens de la coopération.
