• Manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, X, and Pinterest—both in-house and with external agencies • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, negotiating marketing cooperation agreements and managing agency performance • Monitor performance and identify revenue opportunities while troubleshooting spend and delivery challenges • Run A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize campaign performance and exceed KPIs • Ensure compliance with digital advertising legislation and platform policies across all markets • Implement proper campaign tracking and attribution systems to measure media spend effectiveness • Stay current with social trends and platform updates to identify creative opportunities and maintain competitive advantage • Deliver compelling performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on paid social management experience (gambling/gaming industry experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and platform compliance requirements
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience with app campaigns and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization, tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling
  • Creative mindset for identifying social trends with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience managing agency relationships and vendor partnerships
