Senior Digital Project Manager
Solventum
• Create, operationalize, lead and evolve a comprehensive process for platform software projects aligned with Solventum’s overarching procedures. • Lead and execute platform-wide, cross-functional software projects involving changes to features, workflows, and custom treatment designs in the Dental organization. • Coordinate and execute all activities critical to project success. • Partner with Upstream and Downstream Portfolio Marketing Managers to define program scope and ensure timely, efficient execution. • Champion best practices, foster effective communication, and ensure alignment with business stakeholders. • Drive process, requirements definition, and feature prioritization across the platform and impacted systems. • Proactively manage risk and communicate key milestone progress and project challenges to stakeholders. • Close collaboration and integration with the Digital R&D team and dotted line reporting to the Global Digital Platform Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related work experience
- 5 years of experience specifically in project leadership or functional management experience
- Master’s Degree (additional qualifications)
- Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries (additional qualifications)
- Strong understanding of product software development and digital workflows (additional qualifications)
- Ability to manage scope dynamically through iterative planning and stakeholder negotiation (additional qualifications)
- Strong analytical and change management skills (additional qualifications)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels (additional qualifications).

Job Description Summary With deep expertise in Securities Finance business processes, the consultant provides client‑facing functional and technical guidance on the business implications of financial systems and solutions. The role involves defining system scope and objectives aligned with client business strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Securities Lending, Repo, and Collateral Management domains. • Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of IT-related workstreams within the enterprise ERP transformation program. • Overseeing highly complex technical components including system integrations, data conversion and migration, analytics and reporting, and timekeeping system implementation. • Partnering closely with IT leadership, functional workstream Senior PMs, and the ERP implementation vendor to ensure all technical deliverables are executed in alignment with program timelines, architectural standards, and business requirements. • Serving as the central point of coordination across IT workstreams, driving execution, managing dependencies, and supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale, integration-heavy ERP environment.
