• Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of IT-related workstreams within the enterprise ERP transformation program. • Overseeing highly complex technical components including system integrations, data conversion and migration, analytics and reporting, and timekeeping system implementation. • Partnering closely with IT leadership, functional workstream Senior PMs, and the ERP implementation vendor to ensure all technical deliverables are executed in alignment with program timelines, architectural standards, and business requirements. • Serving as the central point of coordination across IT workstreams, driving execution, managing dependencies, and supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale, integration-heavy ERP environment.

• As a PMO representative, oversee multiple projects within a program or functional area to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with organizational goals. • Manage project governance, reporting, and performance metrics. • Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Identify dependencies and manage risks across projects. • Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. • Drive continuous improvement and implement industry standards. • Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the PMO, IT department, and with others to ensure that best practices are shared throughout the organization. • Ensure 100% adherence to all IT and organizational policy, processes, and procedures. • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer concerns a priority.

• The IT Project Manager leads, plans, and executes technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Define project scope, manage budgets, direct cross-functional teams, and mitigate risks. • Set and maintain priorities, deadlines and deliverables schedules to meet IT project portfolio requirements. • Manage large, long-range or multiple complex IT software and hardware development projects. • Track project status to identify potential issues and risks that may impact completion dates or that may require corrective action. • Report on and monitor project budgets and expenditures. • Collect information from a variety of written and oral communications to document project requirements and status. • Work in concert with one or more Engineers to establish and maintain project templates and lessons learned. • Collect information from project team members and other relevant parties to assemble IT portfolio status reports and dashboards. • Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders. • Ensure that key IT communications are properly documented and made available to relevant stakeholders. • Help teams set up and execute sprints to effectively prioritize and track work. • Analyze and update existing processes and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
