Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and deployment processes
- Experience with needs analysis and documentation
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structure
- Data-driven mindset focused on outcomes and performance metrics
- Experience with Creatio CRM implementation is highly preferred
- Experience managing CRM projects such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Professional, structured, and detail-oriented approach
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Role Description The Senior Manager, Project Management, Client Onboarding, leads a group of Managers and oversees multiple onboarding portfolios to ensure consistent, predictable delivery performance across the function. This role translates onboarding strategy into execution by standardizing processes, improving delivery outcomes, and scaling team capability.
