Project Manager – AVP

EXL

• Manage day-to-day execution of EXLdata.ai engagements (demos, POCs, pilots, early rollouts) • Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across engagement workstreams • Ensure adherence to defined timelines, scope, and quality standards • Coordinate across client stakeholders, Engagement Leads, Solution Architects, and delivery teams • Support alignment on engagement objectives, success criteria, and execution plans • Facilitate regular working sessions, standups, and checkpoint meetings • Work with EXLdata.ai agent teams (Data Engineering, Data Quality, Governance, Migration, Annotation, DataOps) to support engagement execution • Track readiness of data, environments, workflows, and demo assets • Escalate dependencies or constraints impacting delivery timelines • Support structured execution of demos and POCs, including environment setup, synthetic data readiness, and workflow validation • Coordinate execution steps across presales, engineering, and solution teams • Ensure consistency and repeatability in engagement execution • Maintain project plans, task trackers, RAID logs, and status reports • Prepare engagement status updates and execution summaries for Program Managers and leadership • Proactively identify risks and issues and support mitigation actions

Job Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Engagement Execution roles
  • Strong experience managing client-facing delivery across multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to data platforms, analytics solutions, cloud programs, or AI-enabled initiatives
  • Strong execution discipline with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Exposure to AI, GenAI, or agent-based platforms
  • Experience supporting data modernization, data quality, governance, or migration programs
  • Background in demo execution, POCs, pilots, or presales delivery support
  • Experience working with US enterprise clients, preferably in regulated industries (Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail)
  • Strong execution and delivery ownership
  • Cross-functional coordination and task management
  • Risk and dependency tracking
  • Client-facing communication and professionalism
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving, evolving platform environments

Job Summary The Project Engineer, Uranium Operations will play a critical role in supporting the development, deployment, commissioning, and optimization of DISA’s Patented HPSA technology for our Uranium remediation sector, particularly in Southwestern Colorado and the Navajo Nation.  This position involves hands-on engineering work, customer service support, and collaboration with multiple DISA internal teams and external partners.
