Help Desk Coordinators find resolution through problem solving, expediting, inventory allocation, logistics and manufacturing for all hard surface products. Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert of hard surface products, logistics, source sequencing and manufacturing. - Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Sourcing, Production Planning and Manufacturing. - Maintain productive business relationships throughout Shaw to successfully and consistently meet customer requirements. - Analyze forecasting needs for inventory and making appropriate reallocation for optimal utilization: evaluating and improving order position: tracking and/or expediting shipments. - Acquire ownership of situations when interactions are directed to HS Help by following through to resolution. - Research known issues as identified to determine possible root causes and offer improvements based on that research. - Respond with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing schedules or situations. - Inspire confidence in the Hard Surface Organization by being positive and open to change. - Collaborate with key stakeholders, project and logistic coordinators to continue positive change is a fast growing business segment. - Maintaining a high level of workflow through multiple channels of processes, interactions and people requiring constant multitasking. Requirements: - High School Diploma/GED required. - Proficiency Spreadsheet and Word Processing software required - Must communicate well to various audiences verbally and electronically - Must have a strong work ethic and sound work habits: attendance, promptness, ability to work well with others.
