• Meet with Township, City, County, and State officials to discuss road and utility projects (travel required; mileage reimbursed). • Locate and identify Frontier facilities, working with project managers and municipal engineers to evaluate project impacts. • Collaborate with other utilities to develop relocation plans that minimize conflicts and avoid delays. • Field/design OSP BAU work orders (service orders, subdivisions, road moves, dark fiber MDU, copper/fiber aerial, buried, and underground). • Update design and project systems (FROGS, CAD, Varasset, SiteTracker). • Coordinate with power companies and communication providers regarding make-ready work, pole replacements, and service requests. • Prepare and submit permits to local, state, and federal agencies (DOT, DNR, Railroad, Pipeline, etc.). • Partner with SSP Contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective construction. • Address plant damage repair (PDR/DOR) requests, including cable count adjustments and capital projects. • Conduct site surveys and design capital projects for cell towers. • Support field and central office technicians by investigating and resolving PUC complaints. • Work closely with Contract Engineers to ensure projects align with business and client needs.

• Prepares planning and design documents in appropriate engineering discipline. • Coordinates assistant and associate professional staff and technical staff’s work; may supervise lower-level staff. • Performs process design calculations, prepares cost estimates, and uses economic analyses for comparison of alternatives. • Develops project scope of work; develops project schedule; prepares project initiation paperwork; manages budget reviews and schedules progress reports. • Coordinates projects with other Olsson teams; performs and coordinates design aspects of projects; directs team members on design tasks; maintains project records (correspondence, drawings, and files); coordinates with clients; attends client meetings. • Manages the preparation of technical reports, memos, and summaries to effectively communicate findings to clients and internal teams. • Serves as project manager for projects. • Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. • Assist with marketing / business development and prepare project proposals.

• Triage and manage customer support issues, ensuring effective communication through resolution. • Coordinate closely with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. • Drive the automation and technical management of license issuance and renewal workflows. • Run and maintain integration tests, particularly with IVR platforms. • Create and maintain Virtual Machines (VMs) on platforms like VMware and AWS EC2. • Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, often deployed via Helm. • Run, troubleshoot, and maintain Docker containers. • Execute, maintain, and update internal scripting in languages like Python and Go. • Support automation efforts for deployment, testing, and other operational tasks.

• Secure Linux and Docker container development. • Work effectively with a small team of developers to create, improve and maintain applications that support state-of-the-art speech technology. • Full life cycle development including new development, design, maintenance, etc. • Ensure documentation standards are maintained for change control processes. • Work with mixed C/C++, Golang and Python tasks. • Collect and collate data. • Create and build models using ML techniques. • Undertake and record outcomes of experiments. • Liaise with the technical teams to efficiently deploy models to production. • Assist with release tasks, such as testing and troubleshooting issues. • Engage in continuing professional development, including developing new skills and knowledge of programming, ML, research methods, and techniques.
