Auxiliar Crédito y Cobranza
TCC
• Ejecutar el proceso de gestión de cobro según los lineamientos asignados • Brinda el apoyo requerido en las actividades de crédito, convenios comerciales • Gestionar los procesos operativos asociados al pago de los recursos financieros del Grupo TCC. • Valida y ejecuta las solicitudes de compensación bilateral con los clientes • Realiza la gestión de cobro según los clientes asignados • Conciliar con el cliente los estados de cuenta • Identificar clientes críticos que requieran intervención • Alimentar la base de datos de clientes con información de contactos • Gestionar la aplicación y el mantenimiento de pagos de los clientes • Descargar movimientos bancarios, asegurando la información actualizada • Cargar recibos de caja a la cartera.
Job Requirements
- Técnico/Tecnólogo en administración de empresa o afines
- 6 meses - 2 años en apoyo en actividades de crédito y cobranza, contabilidad o similares.
- Trato de clientes asignado para cobro de cartera, aplicación de pagos, conciliación de cuentas.
