(Our third year in a row!) - Inc 5000 America's fastest-growing private companies (Our third year in a row!) - Certified Great Place to Work Canada 2024 The Data Insights Manager is a business-facing IC who goes beyond reporting to relentlessly dig into data, using inherent curiosity to uncover the 'why' behind the numbers. They build trusted dashboards not as endpoints, but as tools to interrogate metrics and surface actionable insights for GTM, Product, and Finance. By aligning on consistent metrics and validating health scoring models, they deliver executive-ready narratives that drive adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue efficiency. Partnering with many of our internal teams, they proactively ask the right questions to reveal hidden trends in funnel performance, ROI, and forecasting, helping leaders make confident, data-driven decisions. As our Data Insights Manager you will - Collaborate with Data Intelligence, AI Enablement, RevOps, Marketing, and Product on the GTM & Product metrics framework with clear, trusted definitions and calculations. - Assist with maintaining the self-service analytics experience end to end: curate and certify core Snowflake datasets, keep a simple data catalog up to date, and ensure teams know which dashboards and tables to use for common business questions. - Help to drive strategy and action by rigorously questioning data signals; deeply dissect health scores and cohorts to isolate root causes, equipping managers with the specific 'why' needed for high-impact coaching. - Partner with AI Enablement to design and measure AI/automation experiments — define success criteria, determine statistical significance, and deliver the scores, segments, and enrichments that power those workflows. - Standardize pre/post measurement and ROI methods, linking spend to qualified pipeline, bookings, CAC/LTV, and payback. - Partner with Marketing/Sales/RevOps on shared funnel and SLAs; run recurring pipeline and conversion reviews; align pipeline and bookings forecasts. - Partner with Data Intelligence Engineers to improve data quality, semantic layers, and performance. - Ship role-based BI dashboards/scorecards that drive decisions across Product, CS, Marketing, Payments, and Sales. - Manage a structured intake and prioritization process for analytics and data requests, weighing business impact, effort, and dependencies so that Snowflake/BI work is focused on the highest-value initiatives. Does this sound like you? If you have the following experience, then this is a great role for you: - 5+ years in business analytics (preferrably in SaaS B2B) with a strong IC track record delivering executive-ready dashboards and insights. - Expert in SQL and able to partner with engineering to ensure our data models and semantic layers match real business workflows and reporting needs. - Hands-on experience with tools like Omni, Redash, or Power BI focused on design, clear narratives, and stakeholder enablement. - Familiar and proficient with product analytics tools (Pendo) and GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Churn Zero). - Strong storytelling and communication; frames ambiguous questions and drives action. - Solid measurement fundamentals: baselines, pre/post analysis, and basic experiment reads. - Proven collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on funnel, ROI, forecasting, and planning; financial acumen across forecasting, variance, scenarios, and headcount/capacity. - You actively use AI tools in your own daily work — not just building for others — and stay current with how the landscape is evolving. Example Projects: - Launch role-based dashboards: CS renewal prep, Support resolution, Sales pipeline quality, Marketing campaign ROI, Product activation/adoption, Finance ARR/retention. - Analyze customer health score data to validate model accuracy and distill insights into clear coaching recommendations. - Deliver quarterly GTM/product insights with recommended actions; work with Product Managers where needed to track adoption and impact of recent deliverables. - Create concise data dictionaries and usage guides to increase trust and reduce confusion. Compensation: - Canada-based candidates: CAD 100,000 - 140,000 - US-based candidates: USD 100,000 - 140,000 #LI-remote Reasons why you would love it here! - Join a team culture that’s all about collaboration, support, and having fun while making a real impact every day. - In the U.S., we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options, plus additional add ons like HSA/FSA accounts, disability and life insurance, and more. - In Canada, we provide an employer-funded HSA-based benefits plan with drug, dental, and mental health coverage - giving you a flexible way to manage your healthcare needs. - We're committed to your financial future, with 401(k) matching for U.S. employees and RRSP matching for those in Canada. - We invest in your growth through tailored career development conversations and support for tools, courses, and resources to help you thrive. - And when it comes to work-life balance? We offer unlimited Paid Time Off, paid company holidays, and a company-wide winter break from December 24 to January 1 - so you can truly recharge.
