Regional Product Support Manager – Western U.S.

• Supervise and manage an assigned group of District Product Support Managers • Responsible for the profitable revenue growth of the company’s parts and service business with the Develon network of dealers in North America • Responsible for technical assistance for assigned dealer regions • Manage a team of District Product Support Managers • Conduct performance evaluations, interviews, hiring, training, and development for the DPSM team • Mentor and provide front-line support for the team • Guide parts and service growth for dealers in assigned regions • Track incremental parts and service growth • Administer and control budget • Manage commercial policy budget • Minimize the risk associated with dealer and customer issues • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to best support team and company initiatives
• Lead annual sales planning with dealers and drive execution to exceed sales goals • Build strong, consultative relationships with dealer principals and sales teams • Partner with dealers to ensure high-quality customer experiences at every touchpoint • Represent DEVELON’s interests with professionalism, while balancing the needs of both dealer and customer • Develop and execute dealer plans that align with broader market strategy and share growth goals • Conduct quarterly business reviews with core dealers • Share market share data, performance metrics, and industry insights • Align on action plans to optimize growth and dealer performance • Deliver impactful sales and product training to dealer teams • Facilitate district training events on new products and competitive comparisons • Mentor new dealer sales professionals and support retail sales growth through field rides and coaching
