Senior Technical Consultant

CR2

• Lead the technical delivery of CR2’s Digital & Cards Solutions • Responsible for end-to-end technical implementation, integration, and support of CR2’s product suite • Assist in developing implementation, migration, and testing plans • Install and configure CR2 software in customer environments • Translate functional requirements into technical deliverables • Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Diagnose and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation • Deliver training sessions and system walkthroughs • Produce comprehensive documentation including installation guides and operational procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in banking or fintech projects, preferably in customer-facing roles
  • Strong foundational knowledge of networking, databases, and programming
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio

Organization: Enterprise Analytics Job Summary: Working under occasional guidance in the Department of Enterprise Analytics, responsible for all aspects of analytics to meet the needs of our partners. Provides a single point of contact for our partners in defining scope and objectives. Follows the analytics problem-solving methodology. Develops work plans to ensure analytics are completed accurately and on time. Gathers and integrates appropriate data, conducts analyses, chooses appropriate output/visualization, and communicates findings effectively.
