This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to start a career in IT, work remotely, and use English in real tasks every day. No previous experience is required; we provide full training before you start. As this is a full-time remote position with night shifts, it is best suited to candidates who are comfortable working late hours, following clear guidelines, and staying focused in a structured work environment. In this role, you will work with live traffic incident data for a global mapping platform, helping ensure that information in the system is accurate, timely, and complete. What you will do - Monitor and update traffic incident information in assigned regions - Work with real-time data from multiple sources - Verify and cross-check information before making updates - Record important details such as location, direction, cause, and impact - Update incidents as conditions change - Close incidents once they are resolved and confirmed - Communicate with team members and supervisors when clarification is needed
