As an Associate Account Executive, SMB you will work cross-functionally with Sales Engineers to attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob in the SMB Market. You're passionate about managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our SMB segment covers companies of <200 employees. Job Requirements Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor.
