Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Territory Development Manager - Video Security & Access Control serves as the primary contact for specific video solutions sales initiatives with channel partners in the assigned territory, proactively manages their relationships, implements sales actions and strategies to continuously seek new customers, grow the business and loyalty and achieve the territory's revenue goals. Responsibilities: - Continuously identifying and securing new customers for Video & Access Control products to expand our market footprint. - Driving business growth and fostering long-term partner loyalty. - Executing strategic initiatives to ensure the territory consistently achieves its revenue goals. - Educate the Channel Partners on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity. - Assist Channel Partners in processing orders and returns via our distribution network - Support Motorola Solutions’ video & access control sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for products and services to grow the customer base and increase baseline revenue - Support the territory leaders in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned Channel Partners in the territory - Track sales activities using lead and project tracking software databases - Collaborate with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering Basic RequirementsQualifications: - 4+ years of video security solutions sales experience. Experience in transactional business required - 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience - Proven of Growth-Oriented Business Development Specialist with a 'hunter' mentality - Someone who thrives on uncovering untapped accounts and turning cold prospects into warm partnerships - Physical security solutions experience is an asset - Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both written and spoken English. - Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about our products and solutions - Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships - A strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required - Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment - Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting - Exceptional presentation skills required - Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level Location & Travel Requirements: - Candidates must reside in Veneto. - Travel will be no less than 50-70% of the time. The majority of travel within the North East of Italy regions will be by car, but some national & international air travel can be expected for tradeshows and sales conferences. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
