Stay informed on industry developments and bureau-specific rules to assess their impact on the organization. What you’ll need: - 12+ Years of Experience: Deep expertise in credit data ecosystems, bureau operations, or fintech risk management. - Strategic Orchestration: A proven track record of managing multi-million dollar vendor relationships and navigating complex, large-scale RFP processes. - Data-Forward Mindset: Proficiency in navigating modern data environments and the ability to translate complex data studies into executive-level business strategies. - Expertise in Alternative Data: Strong understanding of the evolving landscape of differentiated data assets, including trended data, utility/telco, and cash-flow analytics. - Regulatory Command: Comprehensive knowledge of FCRA, GDPR, and relevant compliance standards governing credit reporting and data usage. - Influential Leadership: Exceptional ability to drive cross-functional alignment between technical and business teams to execute a unified data vision. Role Description We are hiring a Director of Clinical Quality and Outcomes to define, build, and scale the clinical excellence layer of Alpaca Health. This role is not traditional clinical oversight. It is about turning clinical quality into a system—one that is measurable, enforceable, and embedded directly into how care is delivered across hundreds of independent providers. You will own how Alpaca defines “great care,” translate that into clear standards, and ensure those standards are consistently met through a combination of training, audits, and product-driven workflows. You will work at the intersection of clinical practice, payer expectations, and product—helping us build a platform where high-quality care is the default, not the exception. What You’ll Do - Define and operationalize clinical quality at scale - Establish clear, measurable standards for what “good” looks like across assessments, treatment plans, supervision, and session delivery - Own outcomes and clinical performance metrics - Design and track core quality KPIs (progress rates, goal mastery, utilization, treatment fidelity, reassessment cadence) - Build audit and feedback systems - Embed clinical standards into the technology and product - Align care with payer expectations and evidence-based standards - Enable value-based care models - Act as a clinical voice in payer partnerships - Drive provider training and clinical enablement - Build and lead clinical quality infrastructure - Close the loop between outcomes and growth Qualifications - Deep experience in ABA clinical practice (BCBA required; BCBA-D and multi-site or leadership experience preferred) - A strong point of view on what high-quality care looks like—and the ability to operationalize it - Experience working with payers, including understanding of medical necessity, audits, and reimbursement dynamics - Exposure to or interest in value-based care models and outcomes-driven reimbursement - Comfort working cross-functionally with technology, operations, and payer relations/RCM teams - A bias toward building systems, not just solving one-off problems - A desire to influence how care is delivered—and paid for—at a national scale - Extremely ambitious and want to build something meaningful at high velocity - Comfortable working harder and moving faster than most people - Thrive in environments with little structure and high accountability Benefits - Direct exposure to company-building at an early stage - Real ownership of critical initiatives from day one - The opportunity to materially impact families and clinicians - A fast learning curve that few roles can match - Strong compensation package - Competitive salary - Meaningful equity - Health benefits - Flexible PTO - Dinner when working late
